Free Delivery

Orders over £75 (excluding VAT) are free of charge. Below that a small order charge of £5.95 +VAT may apply.


National Deliveries throughout Mainland UK

We have our own fleet of vehicles which we use for local drops (within around 1.5 hours of Avanti HQ). If you are further afield then we may choose to use our designated courier Parcelforce (for box deliveries) or Sureway (for pallets). Where goods are sent using Parcelforce you will be sent a text giving a one hour delivery window.

For stock items you can expect delivery within 48 hours (or sooner if you are in an area serviced by our own fleet). If any items are out of stock or special order we will let you know leadtime or details of an alternative product where preferred.

If you require your order urgently, or to request AM/Saturday/timed delivery options, please contact us to discuss your requirement and we will advise of the options.

Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Items

Please notify our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Damaged or defective goods must be returned to Avanti before the goods can be replaced or a credit note issued (or before money is refunded to credit or debit card for transactions made via our website).

In the event of incorrect, unexpected or mis-described goods, please notify our Customer Care team as soon as possible so that we can rectify this for you.

If you are missing an item from your order, please check the Delivery Note carefully in case it is still to follow, in the event that the product was out of stock at point of order.

Returns under any other circumstances eg unwanted goods, will be at Avanti's discretion (or in the case of a consumer buyer where goods bought at a distance, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of delivery by providing Avanti with written notice).  In this case the goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be in perfect re-saleable condition.

In the case of damaged/defective goods, or incorrect, unexpected or mis-described goods, goods may be returned at Avanti's expense. In the case of unwanted or goods ordered in error, the return shall be at the buyer's expense.

Special Order or Customised Items

Regretfully we are unable to accept return of items which have been ordered in specially for you (non-stock items) or items which have been modified or customised in any way, such as embroidered/printed garments.
